Credentialing Case Closed: COA Rules Ambulatory Surgical Center Credentialing File Privileged
Is an ambulatory outpatient surgical center’s credentialing file discoverable and admissible at trial? No and no, according to the Michigan Court of Appeals’ published decision in Dorsey v.
