Clyde M. Metzger III, who was also named to the Super Lawyers — Corporate Counsel Edition, is a founding member of Foley, Baron & Metzger, PLLC and heads the firm’s Healthcare Law Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of complex litigation, medical malpractice actions, managed care litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and corporate healthcare claims. Joseph McGill is a principal with the firm, and represents clients as litigation and transaction counsel in corporate and estate planning issues, as well as commercial law, complex real estate issues, and other business law areas.
