FBM Attorney Appointed to ASPL’s Education & Scholarship Committee
Kim Sveska, FBM principal, was recently appointed to the Education & Scholarship Committee of the American Society of Pharmacy Law (ASPL). ASPL is a national organization of pharmacists, attorneys, pharmacist-attorneys and students of pharmacy or law that educates its members on legal issues that effect pharmacy. Mr. Sveska will assist The Education & Scholarship Committee in planning educational programming for the organization and in the awarding of the ASPL’s Simonsmeier and Legal Research Awards. In addition to practicing law, Sveska is a registered pharmacist and lectures frequently on pharmacy, healthcare and other legal topics.
