As a client of Foley, Baron, Metzger & Juip, you will have this Client Commitment made to you by each of the professionals working on your matter. Fulfilling these commitments is tied to conditions of employment for our staff. We take them very seriously.

The FBMJ Client Commitment^©

1. We will understand what you consider a “win” or successful outcome, and then make that our goal.
2. You will not have to ask about the status of your matter.
3. All events that substantively affect you will be reported within 24 hours.
4. Any message you leave will be returned the same day, within one hour when possible.
5. You will have access to us 24/7 through various means of electronic and cellular communications.
6. You will experience uncompromising integrity, ethics and confidentiality at Foley, Baron, Metzger & Juip.
7. You will be asked if we are living up to our commitment.
