Kim J. Sveska Wins Pharmacy Malpractice Trial
Kim J. Sveska recently won a defense verdict in a wrongful death medical malpractice case in the Macomb County (Michigan) Circuit Court. The case involved allegations that the Defendant pharmacist failed to properly counsel the Plaintiff on the correct use of a concentrated form of a self-administered drug. The jury deliberated for only one hour before returning their verdict in favor of the client.
