Joseph McGill Speaks at the Michigan Self-Insurers’ Association
FBM’s Medicare Set-Aside Allocations group leader, Joseph McGill, made a presentation October 26, 2006 to the Michigan Self-Insurers’ Association at the St. John’s Golf Club and Conference Center in Plymouth, MI. The Michigan Self-Insurers’ Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating employers on workers’ compensation issues, and provides information regarding legislative and judicial actions that affect self-insured employers. Mr. McGill’s presentation “Medicare Set-Asides, An Overview of Current Requirements and Enforcement Techniques” informed participants regarding compliance requirements applicable to the settlement of future medical expenses governed by this federal regulation.
