Foley, Baron & Metzger Principal Appointed Vice Chair of Drug, Device & Biotechnology Litigation Committee
Tom Foley has recently been appointed by the International Association of Defense Counsel [the “IADC”] to its Drug, Device & Biotechnology Litigation Committee. The Committee is one of the most active within the IADC.
