FBMJ Partner Randy Juip Honored as One of the “Top 100 Lawyers in Michigan”
Foley, Baron, Metzger & Juip, PLLC partner Randy Juip has been named one of the “Top 100 Lawyers in Michigan” for the third straight year by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business.
This list comprises attorneys from all practice areas across the entire state of Michigan. For inclusion in the Michigan “Top 100 Lawyers” list,” an attorney must receive the highest points during the nomination, research, and blue-ribbon review process.
Randy’s distinction as a “Top 100 Lawyer” in Michigan reflects a career dedicated to serving his clients. His practice has two main areas of focus: (1) aggressive litigation/trial advocacy and (2) competent, thoughtful pre-litigation risk management support. He specializes in complex civil litigation that includes the defense of medical/professional malpractice, civil rights, 42 USC 1983, and business/commercial lawsuits.
Randy is an elected member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national organization dedicated to the preservation of our jury system and elevating the standards of integrity and honor in the legal profession. He is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan (SBM), the American Bar Association (ABA), the Association of Defense Trial Counsel (ADTC) and serves on various committees of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel (MDTC).
