Mr. Sveska has been athletically inclined for most of his adult life, and when he is not in trial or getting ready for trial, he works out six days a week.

He was an avid runner for many years, and then decided to take up karate with his son, “just for the exercise.” Fast forwarding to the present, Mr. Sveska and his son love karate, are 6th degree black belts and teach part-time in their dojo, Simply Isshinryu Karate & Fitness in Wixom, MI. Another favorite pastime for Kim is winemaking. He and his wife Barb, and law partner, Rich Baron and his wife Nancy, spend their free time developing high-quality and oftentimes award-winning varieties of wine.
