Foley, Baron, Metzger & Juip Welcomes New Attorney
Foley, Baron, Metzger & Juip, PLLC (FBMJ) is pleased to announce that Enrico (Eric) G. Tucciarone has joined the firm as a Partner attorney. Clyde M. Metzger, Managing Member, made the announcement. “We couldn’t be more pleased that Eric has joined our firm. His experience and reputation will only enhance our roster of skilled trial attorneys.”
In his new position, Tucciarone will join the Healthcare Law practice group representing physicians, nurses, physician groups, healthcare institutions, hospitals, management service organizations and others in the defense of medical malpractice claims.
Before joining Foley, Baron, Metzger & Juip, Chris was a shareholder at a Metro Detroit law firm practicing complex defense litigation and business law with a focus on the defense of medical malpractice claims.
Tucciarone earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, in 1991. He went on to earn his juris doctorate, with honors, in 1994 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
