Chloé Schumacher Secures Dismissal of Medical Malpractice Case
Congratulations to Chloé Schumacher on obtaining dismissal of a medical malpractice case on behalf of our clients. The case involved claims against a neurosurgeon and anesthesia providers arising from the management of a patient’s preoperative laboratory testing.
Following the deposition of the plaintiff’s anesthesia expert, Chloé briefed, filed, and argued a motion for summary disposition based on the expert’s failure to establish causation. The Court agreed and granted summary disposition, dismissing the claims against our clients.
