Chloé received her law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2016. During law school, she was a member of the Moot Court and Mock Trial team. She also interned for the Honorable Mona K. Majzoub in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. She served as a student attorney at the George J. Asher Law Clinic, handling family immigration matters.
Following law school, Chloé worked at a Detroit law firm practicing medical malpractice defense, representing physicians, nurses, and healthcare institutions. Additionally, she worked at one of the big three auto companies in house, serving as associate labor counsel with direct involvement in negotiations with the UAW at the national level. Chloé has experience in alternative dispute resolution, including negotiating and arbitration.
Chloé is a member of the Negligence section of the State Bar of Michigan (SBM), the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan (WLAM), the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel (MDTC), and the Detroit Bar Association. In addition, she is a former member of the UDM Law chapter of American Inns of Court, where she served as a barrister.
Chloé also enjoys caring for her houseplants (but not gardening) and listening to audiobooks in her spare time. She also enjoys home improvement projects and design. Her most recent project was a complete kitchen renovation – a big project that turned out beautifully! On a Saturday morning, you can find her at Eastern Market supporting Michigan farmers and having breakfast at one of Detroit’s brunch spots.
