Tony has also defended personal injury/negligence claims, premises liability, and auto negligence/trucking claims. He has significant trial experience and has obtained verdicts of no cause for action on behalf of his clients in both Federal and State Courts. Through his litigation experience, Tony has also developed expertise in various aspects of health care law, including the defense of professional licensing investigations and complaints, and significant experience handling appeals in both State and Federal Courts.
During law school, Tony was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable David W. McKeague in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He was also the Assistant Editor, as well as the Editorial Board/Business Manager, for the Ave Maria Law Review. He graduated cum laude while earning both his law school and undergraduate degrees and was the recipient of the St. Thomas More Full-Tuition Scholarship (law school) and the President’s Academic Scholarship (college).
Tony is a member of the negligence and health law sections of the State Bar of Michigan, as well as a member of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel (MDTC).

When not being entertained by his children, Tony enjoys cooking for his friends and family, achieving optimal human performance through CrossFit training, and chasing his next personal record in Olympic weightlifting. Tony is an avid reader and collector of cookbooks, loves mid-century modern design, and, when he has time, enjoys home improvement projects.
